| The Better Skin Co. co-founder and esthetician Natalya Rachkova emigrated to the US from Uzbekistan and started her company with beauty industry professional Murphy Bishop as a way to support her family. Over the last five years, her 29 year old-world recipe for Mirakle Cream has won several awards and is now accessible to women everywhere. Rachkova says that her company selected Distinguished Young Women to partner with during International Women’s Month because it’s here in the United States where she was given the ability to follow her dreams and provide for her family in a way she never thought possible. “Distinguished Young Women opens the door of success for so many girls in this country,” says Rachkova. “I can’t think of a better nonprofit organization to align with.” |

| Distinguished Young Women is a national scholarship program that inspires high school girls to develop their full, individual potential through a fun, transformative experience that culminates in a celebratory showcase of their accomplishments. Founded in 1958, DYW strives to give every young woman the opportunity to further her education and prepare for a successful future. “Back then, if your family couldn’t afford to send you to college, you didn’t go,” says Distinguished Young Women Executive Director Kendra Haskins. “We’re so excited to have TBSCO as a partner. We share similar values focused on the building of confidence and empowerment of all people. We are looking forward to growing with them.”DYW is considered a best kept secret simply because so many people still don’t know about it. There are DYW programs throughout the country for high school seniors to join and have the opportunity to gain scholarship aid for the college of their choice.
