Charity Request Procedure

Request must be sent to: murphy@thebetterskinco.com

In the request you must include:

  • How did you hear about us?
  • Item requested
  • Quantity
  • Tax ID Number
  • Reason for request
  • Where have you previously purchased our products from?
  • If approved, the charity must pay for shipping and handling. Please confirm that you can do this.
  • At this time we can only entertain domestic request.
  • If chosen, the brand has a list of marketing requirements that go with each donation.

Due to the large volume of request, we will only be responding to those who answer all questions. 

 You will receive one of the following responses:

  • Thank you for reaching out. At this time we are unable to fill your request. 
  • Thank you for reaching out. Your request is pending as we seek further information. Please provide the following….
  • Thank you for reaching out. Your request has been approved.
  • No response if all requested information is not sent with the donation ask.

**Charity Donations – If The Better Skin Co. agrees to a 100% match for charity donations given by customers, The Better Skin Co. will match a maximum of $2500 for the designated charity.**
